Throughout the last decade, many people have gathered in Barcelona to participate in the conversation, movement building, and research around Degrowth. During this time, we have witnessed and participated in countless encounters of hundreds of students, activists and citizens who have been learning together in our Masters or Summer School, self-organised workshops and seminars, discussing on conferences, organising in social movements, advancing Degrowth theory and action through collective research and political practices. New inspiring projects have been born out of these encounters, all uniting under the idea of advancing the idea of Degrowth. Many initiatives have reached out to us in recent years, asking for collaborations and funding. R&D wants to support independent and autonomouns grassroots organising and now offers financial support to projects that have been initated by students of the Degrowth masters, the summer school or our wider network, around Barcelona and beyond!
